    called to get a service done they were booked and still fit us in. we had an urgent matter that came up. they never hesitated to help us out. the service at bill walsh in streator in the service department is beyond fantastic.they are truly the best..we will be buying or leasing all vehicles there in the future.thanks again to whitey and mary in the service dept.

    Had a scheduled oil change and dropped off the truck earlier than scheduled. Came back two hours after it was suppose to be done and they hadn’t started yet! They said come back in an hour and it would be done, it was but I had to wait pay the bill because the paper work wasn’t done! Message if you need an hour and half tell the customer up front don’t shot from the hip people don’t like to be jacked around.
